1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "nona54", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the nona54 online betting platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the nona54 platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique user profile created upon successful registration, through which you access betting services and manage funds.
• "Services" refers to all gambling and entertainment offerings provided by nona54, including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports), live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bingo, poker, and any other games available on the platform.
• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or cryptocurrency) into your nona54 account balance.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from your nona54 account balance to your registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives credited to your account by nona54 as part of a marketing campaign or loyalty program.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times you must turn over a bonus amount in bets before you can withdraw any associated winnings. Example: a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 12x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 12,000,000 in total bets.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use nona54 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. nona54 strictly enforces this policy. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you will be required to upload a clear photo of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Our compliance team will cross-reference the birth date on your ID against government databases to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds will be forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. We verify residency through your KTP address, utility bills, or bank statements. nona54 services are intended exclusively for the Indonesian market.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are not prohibited by law, regulation, or court order from gambling online.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to open only one account with nona54. Duplicate accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. We use device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, payment method verification, and behavioral analysis to detect duplicate accounts. If we discover that you have opened or are using multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances or winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. Do not share your login details with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]). nona54 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

nona54 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Processing time: Instant (under 5 minutes) during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB); up to 24 hours for off-hour or weekend transfers.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 25,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 10,000,000 per transaction. Processing time: 5-15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether) on the TRC-20 network. Minimum deposit: equivalent of Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit: no upper limit. Processing time: 10-30 minutes (subject to blockchain confirmation).

All deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business partners) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If a third-party deposit is detected after funds have been credited to your account, we reserve the right to freeze your account, void all bets, and return the deposit to the original sender.

nona54 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency exchange may impose transaction fees on their end. You are responsible for any such fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet from which you made your most recent deposit. This policy is part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance framework. You cannot withdraw funds to a third-party account.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP Gold members enjoy higher limits (up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction).
• Processing Time: Verified accounts typically see withdrawals processed within 1-4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as our compliance team conducts additional security checks. Unverified accounts (accounts that have not completed KYC) cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal Fees: nona54 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Starting from the 4th withdrawal in a calendar month, a Rp 10,000 administrative fee applies per transaction.

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the minimum wagering requirement on any deposited funds. Specifically, you must turn over deposited funds at least 1x (one time) in bets before withdrawing. This means if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets (cumulative) before you are eligible to withdraw. This policy prevents misuse of nona54 as a money-transfer service and complies with financial regulations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

nona54 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). The standard wagering requirement for nona54 bonuses is 12x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 welcome bonus, you must place Rp 12,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Bets placed on different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live dealer casino contributes 20%, sports betting contributes 100%, togel contributes 50%.
• Bonus Expiration: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, per device. Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other users to exploit promotions) will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin/hand/game is capped at Rp 50,000. Any bets exceeding this limit will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Restricted Games: Certain high-RTP or low-volatility games may be excluded from bonus wagering. The list of restricted games is available on the Terms & Conditions page of each specific promotion.

nona54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses if we detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Betting Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• In the event of an obvious error (incorrect odds displayed due to technical glitch, wrong match name, clear typographical error), nona54 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. For football matches, if a match is abandoned before 80 minutes of play, all bets are voided; if abandoned after 80 minutes, bets stand.
• For live dealer casino games, the video feed and dealer's physical actions are the official result. If there is a discrepancy between the video and the digital result displayed on screen, the video feed takes precedence.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and balance confiscation:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (especially in poker, where players share hole-card information or soft-play each other).
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between nona54 and other bookmakers to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting Software Bugs: Intentionally exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Syndicate Betting: Operating as part of a betting syndicate or professional gambling ring.

6. Responsible Gaming

nona54 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a specific period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure the platform to log you out automatically after a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or indefinitely.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and current balance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the nona54 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game interfaces — is the property of nona54 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from nona54 without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used by nona54.
• Use the nona54 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, nona54 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error (incorrect withdrawal address, forgotten password, sharing account credentials with third parties).
• Interruption or suspension of services due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, government-imposed restrictions, pandemic-related lockdowns).
• Losses resulting from third-party actions (bank processing delays, e-wallet service outages, cryptocurrency network congestion).
• Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

In no event shall nona54's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of nona54 services shall first be subject to internal resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in the Indonesian or English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

nona54 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email notification, in-app banner, or by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using nona54 and close your account.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

nona54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• We detect multiple accounts registered under your name or from your household.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You request account closure (voluntary self-exclusion or permanent closure for any reason).

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings from voided bets) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any outstanding fees, charges, or debts owed to nona54.
